ok im trying to put together this build http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/A/W_Axe-assin

I got all the skills and found a decent gold axe (not 15^50 or anything, im trying to use only stuff i found myself).

So it get it all setup and go out to the waijun bazaar(sp) and tried it out and Im notcing im only criting for like 24-30 dmg and normal hits are 4-8 with lots of misses?? seems like my dmg output has gone WAY down from before when i was using daggers that were only 14 dmg and blossom aoe.

Am i doing something wrong or what? i expected way more dmg than this, im barely touching the mobs.

I don't think critical defenses is gonna work that well with a slow attck like an axe. It only lasts 6 seconds after all. Even with the critical eye and the axe your attack speed I think is gonna waste that.

yea the axes speed is pretty slow so the critcal eye will only let get you a few critcal hits.....if only you could spam critical eye *thinks of hacking*...nah i would suggest using a different enchant that increases chances of critical hits i cant think of one off the top of my head but you should maybe look and see if there are any...

the attack speed of an axe is the same as a sword

sins atk way faster with daggers so the crit defense works nicely....but with a sword or axe its not gonna have the effectiveness u might want. i suggest trying in different circumstances and playing with it in different ways to see what it can rly do...but im still doubting it helps much

what im saying is that you wont get as many hits in as you would with daggers so its pretty much useless..

Morgarath is right. this build might be able to work but ur gonna have to find something other defensive skill other than crit defense. its just not gonna keep u alive...

hmm...i say u should go cap shove and use a shove build here are skills for my really good one (P.S. i pwned guildie w/ it..morgarath..)

need all 200 for this

critical strikes-11+2
tactics-12

Shove
Falling spider
Wild Blow
Twisting fangs
Thrill of victory
critical eye
healing signet
dash or res sig

i like full tactics for good heal and a nice punch on shove(plus the lower recharge on disable)

To all those doughting worther it can keep Critical Defenses up look at it's 3 attack skills. Triple Chop + Cyclone Axe hit all all adjacent foes and Wild Blow hits criticaly every time (5 second recharge).

It works perfectly.
